| Originally an 18th century barn used for storing grain, this cottage, adjacent to Rockwell's studio, was converted into a small art studio
for his son, Jarvis, by Norman Rockwell in the 1940's. Recently renovated, we have retained the original architecture with
an open beam ceiling and exposed 200 year old posts and infused it with a unique charm, warmth and beauty all its own. The
bathroom boasts a two person, tiled shower with a sunflower shower head and a bench seat; kitchenette and microwave, bistro
dining table and chairs, loft bedroom with lovely north and south facing vistas and queen bed, and an inviting, enameled gas
fireplace. |
